Sharon Kong, UX designer based in San Francisco, California. Originally from Seoul, I left the motherland to study design at Carnegie Mellon University, soon followed by a social design master's at MICA. Today, I work as a UX designer and researcher and occasionally dabble in other creative pursuits.
I am a logical and critical thinker, business-minded and user-centric (INTJ). When faced with wicked problems I tackle them methodically, diagramming and processing piece by piece. I analyze issues from a variety of angles, synthesize complexity, and determine the most strategically beneficial and human-centered designs.
I am a designer, researcher, and communicator. I find joy in listening to people and translating research insights into designs and dissertations. My values center around well-researched design and being a socially responsible designer. Resumé »
